The people behind Coastwoods.
Sales and marketing by Pinnacle Homes Group, brokered by eXp Realty. Developed and built by Walking Stick Developments Inc. in Colwood, on the West Shore of Greater Victoria.
Walking Stick Developments Inc.
Walking Stick Developments Inc. is a Saanichton-based builder with townhome, bare land strata and single-family developments across Langford, Central Saanich and North Saanich. In addition to its multi-unit work, the company has built four high-end single-family homes of 3,500 sq ft or more between 2017 and 2024.
At Coastwoods the land is treated as an asset rather than an obstacle: mature trees are retained across the site, and a dedicated amenity area with seating and play space sits at the heart of the community.
